What makes Goa such an unusual and spiritual place is its history. Goa was colonized by the Portugese in 1510 with
European occupation lasting until 1961. The Western presence had lasted for a total of 450 years and as you can imagine
this made Goa something a little different from the rest of India.
Goa provides beautiful beaches, friendly local people, spirituality and tranquil style of living that provided the
